What is a "Qualified" Referral?

A qualified referral is a potential customer who is expecting a contact from a My Referral Club member.

In other words, as the person giving the referral:

  • You have spent some time discussing with your friend or acquaintance the possibility of doing business with a My Referral Club member.
  • You discussed with the club member who is receiving the referral the potential customer's information.
  • You gave the potential customer your club member's business card attached to the Customer Protection Commitment.

We recommend that you call the member you are giving the referral to and explain in detail the conversation you had with the potential client. Wouldn't you feel better calling a prospect knowing a little background information about him/her? And, if a potential customer is expecting a call, then you have done your job.

Always send your referral information from your club's web site. It's set up for you to do it automatically and is programmed to do four things:

  • Update the club's data base and adjust your statistics
  • Record a referral for your records
  • Send an email with the referral information to the receiving club member
  • Send you a confirming email
