My Referral Club - Different, Innovative & Inventive - our website is designed to make all facets of your club work better.  The following eight web pages show some of the powerful ways we support club members and officers.

 

Meeting information is elegantly organized and presented. All members can easily check up-coming meetings to see who is speaking the next week. A simple click takes you to a map of the club's meeting location. All of this is accomplished effortlessly in our Club Administration Section. This is a great link to send a prospective member who you have invited to the next meeting.


  The website keeps track of referrals several different ways. This screen represents the number of referrals given and received by each club member and the blue and green bars can be adjusted for either a monthly or yearly visual picture. The beauty is that this all happens automatically as club members update their referrals. We also set up the website so that every member can see the dollar value of her/his referrals, both received and given for each time period.

  When a club member receives a referral, they first get an email and then the referral goes to their update file shown here. Each referral is then recorded in the club's statistics after the member updates what ultimately happens with the referral. The dollar value stays as private information for the member receiving the referral.

  This screen shows how we have made changing or updating the pages of each local club very easy to accomplish. For example; to change a club's Home Page you simply click to this Administrative page, make your changes in the white boxes and SAVE. Instantly the new information will appear on the actual Home Page of the club.

  Being in communication with your club members, especially if you are one of the club's officers has never been easier. Our internal email program makes it easy. If you want to send a reminder about the upcoming meeting, it's fast and easy. You can even communicate easily with prospective members. And, all of the information here and throughout the website is always current. Wow

  My Referral Club has a great way to keep track of prospective new members. Once added to the database as a Prospective Member, the club's Membership Chair can record notes about the person, send emails about the next meeting and generally keep track of these important people. They are listed in the Add New Member section of the website. Clicking on a name opens up a screen with their contact information and the notes section. The club's email program allows the Membership Chair to send the same email to all Prospective Members with one click.

  Navigating the MRC website is as easy as using these pull-down menus. Just point and click. The top menu allows each club member to edit or update all aspects of their web pages. The bottom menu is for the club's officers to fully manage the club. The MRC database is designed so that when any piece of information is changed, it updates all other areas associated with it.

  Each local club is powerfully promoted by having the members write testimonials in the Edit My Information section. Please take a look at what the members of this San Jose club have to say. This page is directly accessed from each local club's Home Page so that prospective members can get a good sense of how joining a My Referral Club could enhance their business.
