I volunteered to be the President of My Referral Club during the transition from our Leads club to MRC. I was immediately impressed with Don Cramer, the President, who initially spent hours with me on the phone, reviewing the website, making sure I had a comfort level in going forward.
I was also introduced to Cliff Durfee, the Webmaster, who cheerfully helped our members with their set up instructions and followed through to make sure all steps were completed.

I just wanted to drop you a note to tell you how happy we are with our My Referral Club. Prior to starting our club in April I had been a member of another well known referral club for approximately 9 years. While that club worked OK in the earlier years, it became more outdated as the years went on.
What we really like about MRC is that the whole program revolves around the website. We are very pleased with the support that we receive from you and your staff at MRC. Whenever we have a question or need help, you or one of your staff promptly responds to us and addresses the situation. We started our club from scratch, and you guys made it very easy to get it up and running. Thank-you for all your help, and keep up the good work!
